Toyota has just unveiled the ‘Winglet’, one of its ‘people-assisting Partner Robots’. It isn’t exactly a car per se, but it has wheels, a motor, and it is a valid alternative to walking. It even has its own ‘trim’ levels – ‘S’, ‘M’ and ‘L’ (from left to right in our pictures). These range from ‘practical’ (with the long handle) to ‘hands-free sporty’.

Another Sunday, another Top Gear. Although this is the penultimate show of Series 16 so just one more Sunday wake up call for Top Gear to come. For this series, at least.
The 2014 Mazda 6 sedan is on sale now and costs $21,785, including a destination charge of $795. That's about $400 more than last year's model. Stepping up to the Sport trim costs $23,490 while the Touring model starts at $24,440.
